WEBnode

The Lakewood Instruments WebNode connects the 2000 series -RS2L option card to Ethernet networks using the IP protocol family and the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). The WebNode contains a Web (http) server that allows presentation of custom content.

EZWeb Wireless Broadband Internet Interface

The EZWEB Broadband Wireless Internet interface is EVDO Rev a and is a self contained unit that requires no additional on-site infrastructure to support. It is “plug and play” and interfaces directly with ALL 2000e series controllers via the WEBNode option to allow users remote access over the Internet. It also allows controllers to send "WEBNode Alert" messages to email or cell phones during alarms. The EZWeb is a two way WLAN portal the provides access to/from the Internet for up to 4 controllers. It is also a local WiFi/Internet hotspot for those with password.

Model 22 / 24 Prefabricated Rack System

The Model 22 is a wall-mounting, pre-fabricated rack system with cooling tower controller, up to 2 chemical metering pumps, a chemical injection manifold, inlet and outlet isolation ball valves, a sample valve, and a flow switch plumbing assembly on a 36 x 24 x 1/2 inch PVC plate.

The Model 24 is a wall-mounting, pre-fabricated rack system with cooling tower controller, up to 4 chemical metering pumps, a chemical injection manifold, inlet and outlet isolation ball valves, a sample valve, and a flow switch plumbing assembly on a 48 x 24 x 1/2 inch PVC plate.
The Model 22 and Model 24 are designed for use with the Model 140, Model 1575e, Model 1520/30e, or the Model 2000e series Cooling Water Controllers.

Lakewood Remote Windows Software (LRWS)

Lakewood Remote Windows Software (LRWS) is a Windows-based program that accesses all the features of Lakewood Instruments 2000 series controllers remotely. Communication is direct-connect via RS-232 or remotely over phone lines with a modem. Lakewood Remote allows access to multiple controllers, phone numbers, and passwords.

Magdos LC Solenoid Driven Metering Pumps

The MAGDOS LC line of solenoid driven metering pumps is the inexpensive alternative for simple, continuous metering tasks. The MAGDOS LC is particularly suited to the water treatment and process industry. The metering pump is equipped with a solenoid drive that operates with 120 strokes per minute at a fixed pace. Tubing connections are integrated into the check valves. The metering pump is available in two performance ranges, 12 GPD and 24 GPD. The capacity is infinitely adjustable from 20 to 100% via stroke length.

Magdos LT Solenoid Driven Metering Pumps

The MAGDOS LT line of solenoid driven metering pumps combines state-of-the-art micro-processor technology with the durability of high quality mechanics. Chemical resistant materials make the pump suitable for many water treatment and process applications. A micro-processor based control unit allows for flexible adaptation to changing pressure environments, allowing the pump to operate in a continually optimum power range. By optimizing the power consumption, excess heat generated by the solenoid is reduced, letting the pump operate economically and reliably.

Miscellaneous Accessories

Miscellaneous Accessories include the Drum Switch (model DS), the Audio/Visual Alarm (model AV), the Heavy Relay (model HR), the Panel Mount kit (model PM), the Bracket Mount kit (model BM), the external temperature compensator, the pH transmitter, the pH/ORP Simulator, the pH Preamplifier, and the Conductivity Preamplifier.

N420I Input Node

The 4-20 mA Input Node (N420I) is a LONWORKS Technology-based node. It contains its own micro-controller which communicates with other LONWORKS nodes on a twisted-pair communication wire. The N420I is a node which may be added to a Lakewood Instruments 2000 series controller to add four channels of 4-20 mA input.

NCON Conductivity Node

The Conductivity Node (NCON) is a LONWORKS Technology-based node. It contains its own micro-controller which communicates with other LONWORKS nodes on a twisted-pair communication wire. The NCON is a node which may be added to a Lakewood Instruments 2000 series controller to add a conductivity sensor input.

NDIG Input Node

The Digital Input Node (NDIG) is a LONWORKS Technology-based node. It contains its own micro-controller which communicates with other LONWORKS nodes on a twisted-pair communication wire. The NDIG is a node which may be added to a Lakewood Instruments 2000 series controller to add four channels of digital input to the controller.

NpH pH/ORP Node

The pH/ORP node (NpH) is a LONWORKS Technology-based node. It contains its own micro-controller which communicates with other LONWORKS nodes on a twisted-pair communication wire. The NpH is a node which may be added to a Lakewood Instruments 2000 series controller to add either a pH or an ORP sensor input to the controller.

NRLY Relay Node

The Relay Node (NRLY) is a LONWORKS Technology-based node. It contains its own micro-controller which communicates with other LONWORKS nodes on a twisted-pair communication wire. The NRLY is a node which may be added to a Lakewood Instruments 2000 series controller to add four additional relay outputs.

Pump Accessories and Spare Parts

Seametrics Water Meters

Lakewood Instruments offers the MDR Sreies of contacting head and the WP Series of turbine water meters from Seametrics.

Turbine Water Meters

Lakewood Instruments offers the 1 inch and 2 inch Autotrol Turbine Water Meters for use with the model 140, model 1520/30e, the model 1575e, and the 2000 Series controllers.

Valves

Lakewood Instruments offers valves for cooling tower and boiler applications. The model 9500 Series are solenoid operated bleed-off valves for cooling tower applications. The MBV1 and MBV-2 are 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch motorized ball valves. The model GV is a high pressure steel globe valve.

Y Strainers

Lakewood Instruments offers both steel and plastic Y strainers (model 9600 Series) in 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, and 1 inch sizes.
